How ordering works

Three steps, no card needed

  1. Step 1: Choose your jars

    Pick the pickles and podis you want on the order page, in 250 g or 500 g.

  2. Step 2: We call you

    We’ll call you within 4 working hours (10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday).

  3. Step 3: Pay by UPI, we deliver

    After the call we send a UPI payment link. We dispatch once the payment arrives. There is no cash on delivery.

Delivery. We will deliver in Hyderabad first. Other cities will follow when we hold stock there. Delivery ₹49, free on orders of ₹599 or more.

Questions about ordering

How do I order?

We are opening for orders shortly. When we do, you fill in the order request form with your jars, name, mobile number and pincode, we call to confirm, and then we send a UPI payment link.

How do I pay?

By UPI only, using a payment link we send after the call. We do not take cards or cash on delivery, and we dispatch once the payment has arrived.

Where do you deliver and what does it cost?

We will deliver in Hyderabad first. Other cities will follow when we hold stock there. Delivery ₹49, free on orders of ₹599 or more. The fee is shown on the order form before you send it.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge until we dispatch the order. Nothing is paid before the call.

What if a jar arrives damaged or leaking?

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it to the UPI account you paid from.
